Mindful Ecstasy The Chemistry of Happiness Flow and Wellbeing William Bloom

The most beautiful, extraordinary and inspiring experience you can have is ecstasy. Ecstasy is an altered state of being and of consciousness. Your body, emotions and mind are in a rapture of joy and connection. You connect with the peak of your spiritual self and your experience of the world shifts into compassion and loving wisdom.

In this groundbreaking session you will practice and learn the concepts and techniques for developing your experience of ecstasy so that it becomes the natural, central and ongoing  foundation of your lifestyle, spilling over into physical and mental wellbeing, improved relationships and a new sense of your purpose in the world and your life’s meaning.

In a series of practical, guided exercises, participants will learn how to:

  • Trigger a cocktail of feel-good hormones
  • Guide the nervous system into a calm and relaxed flow
  • Improve mindfulness, compassion, and sense of purpose
  • Tailor the strategies during crisis or exhaustion
  • Sustain wellbeing and development
